These Terms govern your use of the Lumos CRM Service provided by Lumos Holdings LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your agency.
Acceptable use
- Only contact people you have a lawful right to contact (see Privacy Policy / TCPA / CAN-SPAM).
- No unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing use; no spamming or bypassing opt-outs.
- No attempts to breach security, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Subscriptions, billing & renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Fees, usage-based charges (e.g., calling/SMS credits, phone numbers), and taxes are described at signup and in the app.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel anytime — cancelling is as simple as one email; see the Cancellation page for the exact steps. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law. Usage credits and per-number fees are non-refundable once incurred.
Compliance
Lumos provides calling, texting, and AI-assistant tools; you decide whom to contact and are solely responsible for your outreach complying with the TCPA, the national and state Do-Not-Call registries, call-recording consent laws, CAN-SPAM, and applicable insurance regulations. Built-in features (AI disclosure, STOP handling, DNC suppression, calling-hours limits) assist your compliance but do not replace your own legal obligations. You’re responsible for claims arising from your own outreach or a violation of law or these Terms.
Your data & customer data
You own the data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. You are the controller of your customers’ personal data and are responsible for having proper consent and notices.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Lumos is software and does not provide insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
