Lumos respects intellectual property rights. This policy covers user-generated content (UGC) — such as uploaded media, scripts, and social posts created in the Service — and how to report claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Your responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for content you upload, generate, or send through the Service and must have the rights to use it. Do not post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
Reporting infringement (takedown notice)
Send a written notice to our Designated Agent including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material and where it appears in the Service (URL or description).
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with similar details and a statement consenting to jurisdiction. We may restore the content if the original complainant does not pursue legal action within the time the law allows.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
