A licensed agent from our agency may follow up with you by phone call and text message about your request. Some of that initial outreach may be handled by an AI-assisted digital assistant working on the agent’s behalf — if you’re contacted this way, we’ll tell you so at the start of the call. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and training purposes.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and connect you with a licensed agent.
- To follow up by phone or text if you don’t respond right away.
- In aggregate, anonymized form to track statistics like response times and how many people request quotes — this helps us run the business better. This statistical use never involves selling or sharing your personal details.
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we don’t use it for anything beyond helping you with the request you submitted.
Opting out
You can ask to stop being contacted at any time — reply STOP to any text message, or simply tell the agent or digital assistant on a call that you’d like to be removed. We’ll honor that request promptly.
